For aircraft using the purchasing services of Universal Weather, we can arrange for VAT invoices to be forwarded directly to CB VATAmerica, with copies of these invoices attached to your normal billings.

For expenses incurred through other providers, and directly from vendors such as EuroControl and hotels, simply gather these original invoices and forward them to CB VATAmerica on a regular basis. Arrangements that we’ve made with other card issuers and foreign FBO’s can facilitate this process.
